په ننګرهار ولایت کې دخوړو اودرملو ملي ادارې د ریاست فعالیتونه وستایل شول؛

 د ننګرهار ولايت دکار ټولنيزو چارو رئیس مولوي صاحب فريدالله حقاني په مشرۍ یوه پلاوي، چې په کې د اداري اصلاحاتو او ملکي خدمتونو رئیس مولوی صاحب مطیع الله طلحه او د ولايت مقام بشري سرچینو رئیس مولوي صاحب محمدطاهر جلالي شامل دي په یاد ولایت کې د خوړو او درملو ملي ادارې، د ریاست د اداري کړنو ارزونه وکړه.
ياد پلاوي دخوړو اودرملو ریاست د کار کوونکو حاضري او نور بېلابېل ډوله اسنادونه وکتل او مسئولينو ته يې لازمې سپارښتنې وکړې ترڅنګ د ياد رياست اړوند بېلابېلو څانګو او شعباتو چارې وليدې د ښو کړنو ستاينې ترڅنګ يې نېمګړتياوې په ګوته او د حل لارښوونې وشوې.
